    • 2013 St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival

     

    Planning for the 2013 St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival is under way!

     

    This year's event is scheduled for March 15-17 in beautiful downtown Henderson. The parade will kick off at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 16.

     

    In addition to the parade, there will be a carnival with rides and games, a car show presented by the Hustlers Car Club, Irish music and dance, live entertainment, food, vendors and more.

     

    We are currently seeking sponsors for our event.

     

    St. Baldrick's

    Once again, proceeds from this year's parade and festival will benefit the St. Baldrick's Foundation. St. Baldrick's funds childhood cancer research. Every year, hundreds of people from across the Las Vegas Valley shave their heads to raise money and show support for the young cancer patients.

     

    We are organizing a head-shaving event during our annual St. Patrick's Day Festival, which is scheduled for March 15-17, 2013, at the Henderson Events Plaza. In 2011, we raised $5,000. In 2012, we raised $15,000 and hope to top that in 2013.

     

    The Sons of Erin has formed a team and is seeking members and donations. Anyone who would like to form their own team is invited to do so.
